One address answers everything, including general, press and stockist enquiries. There is no contact form on this site, so nothing is collected from you before you have decided to write.
Buying, shipping, returns
Aubrin does not sell through this site. There is no cart, no checkout and no account, so no shipping destinations, delivery windows, duties handling or return windows are stated, because announcing terms before they exist would be a promise the house cannot keep.
When retail opens, those terms will be published in full on this page before any order can be placed.
Terms & privacy
Photographs, drawings, text and marks on this site belong to Aubrin and may not be reproduced without written permission. Photographic plates are studies made for the house; they illustrate the chapter's direction rather than finished, purchasable goods.
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, runs no third-party trackers and asks for no personal information. If you write to the studio, your message and email address are used to answer you and nothing else.
Accessibility
The site is built to WCAG 2.2 AA principles: semantic structure, keyboard operation with a visible focus ring, a skip link, descriptive image text, reduced-motion support and text that holds at 200% zoom.
If something here is difficult to use, write to the studio and it will be corrected.
